Testimonial from a Vegan Bride

We had the opportunity to chat with Carin, one of our all-time favorite clients! We created a customized entire vegan wedding last summer for Carin and Burt, and she said, "Everybody was blown away."
"One of the things that we worried about the most," Carin said, "was the fact that most of our guests weren't vegan and we didn't want their first vegan experience to be a negative one." She wanted the food to be SO good that no one even suspected that the food was anything but gourmet wedding faire.

So.. what's the report?
"Not only did the wedding guests LOVE the food that Jason and his team created, but very few guests suspected that the food was vegan. I had considered choosing an exclusively vegan caterer but decided that Jason's Catering had so much culinary experience that there wouldn't be anything they couldn't pull off just as easily."

We asked her about the service. Her answer?
"Both Jason and Natalie worked tirelessly with me to get the menu just right and really paid attention to the details which is really important when you're a ingredient reading freak like I am. On the day of the wedding, the operations team took care of everything and I can't imagine any wedding having a less stressed out bride."
